  • budget woes are not the fault of public union workers but declining tax revenue. Corporations are paying very little.

  • The judge's ruling is about the procedure used to pass the law. Whether or not there was proper notice given as well as time for public comment. It seems to me the repubs could do a "redo". However with pending recalls they may not be able to get it through.
